Those above the BI, basic income, would be funded by the 1% fee from the paychecks of the apprentices' and technicians' work. Their success would be the compensation for your mentors work.
In that way wealth would be based on altruistic service than individual aggrandizement. The quality of work produced through the mentees and technicians under your fiduciary training develops the pragmatic economic altruism.
